The strength of the UCD brand as well as online and offline activity works well in driving traffic to the site. Equally, the UCD brand is delivering a respectable conversion rate but there were clear opportunities to drive overall conversion and more especially the potential to increase ‘unassisted’ sales.
For the sales that need assistance, we wanted to ensure that more get to the bottom of the funnel and when they do, their intent to buy is at a higher level following the user’s independent evaluation.
