DMI is the most powerful global ecommerce platform we have ever built
Digital Marketing InstituteServices
Unparalleled learning experiences.
Digital Marketing Institute is the World’s leading provider of certified digital marketing education.
The business has enjoyed major growth in recent years and has invested on a continual basis in all aspects of its digital marketing platform as well as the underlying digital services such as membership and course delivery.
DMI is the most powerful platform we have ever built. We have custom-built a global ecommerce website delivering localised content, an online diagnostic application, Membership/CPD portal, Learning Management Solution, Zoho & Salesforce integrations & advanced IP tracking!
We have worked with DMI for over 10 years providing a range of advisory, implementation and support/maintenance services for their entire tech stack.
A conversion-oriented marketing website – aimed at both their B2C and B2B customers. This is an internationalised website which has been optimised for seven different territories. Each territory has been developed to allow for custom content that relates to its colloquial language and audience. The CMS has been heavily personalised, allowing the DMI design team to create bespoke landing pages and edit CSS on the fly.
A payment portal – which handles one-off website transactions for course purchases, part payment plans and recurring subscriptions. The payment portal is tailored to DMI’s business, allowing for greater flexibility and customisation than an off-the-shelf solution could provide.
A private partner portal – created exclusively for DMI’s partners to provide them access to the Institute’s comprehensive library of learning resources.
My DMI - is a recently launched web application which includes a custom Learning Management Solution (LMS), Membership platform and Diagnostic tool.
Integral to each of the above systems is the CRM integration with Zoho & Salesforce.
We have worked closely with DMI to heavily integrate each of these entities, firing data into their CRMs to trigger internal processes and workflows after every course purchase, failed payment or form submission.
